If someone posted about you

You can have it taken down, and you do not need an account to ask. Email info@fayted.app with a link to the post, or enough detail for us to find it. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove it is you.

If the post also harasses you, includes your contact details, or comes from someone you have already asked to leave you alone, say so and we will act on the account as well as the post. The full commitment is in section 8 of our terms.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond at that speed.

Reporting a post that breaks the rules

Reporting is built into the app, on the post itself — that is the fastest route and it tells us which post you mean. If you cannot reach it, email info@fayted.app.

To see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@fayted.app. What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to security@fayted.app rather than posting it publicly. Our contact details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.
